The staff was Very nice. They really were really nice too ensure I had everything I needed. I found my room very clean. Everything was super clean upon arrival. The location proved convenient with many attractions within easy reach.
I did notice the soundproofing could use improvement. Hallway noise sometimes disturbed the peace. It was like people were right inside the room.

The shower room was comfortable. It was large, and the shower was excellent. The bed was firm enough for comfortable sleep. The apple provided at the front desk was very delicious. I fully enjoyed the pleasure of eating it whole..
The shower has a glass wall with a screen. One can fully see into the bathroom. The soundproofing of individual rooms needs improvement. I could hear people walking down the hall as if they were in my room. The cleaning staff were too loud both mornings.

Decent Stay. But Some Noise Issues.

The staff was really nice and the rooms were clean. the soundproofing in the rooms was not good at all. I could hear everyone walking down the hall very loudly, it sounded like they were in my room. The cleaning staff woke me up both mornings. They were chatting and laughing loudly while doing their jobs.

the staff was attentive. housekeeping kept my room super clean. the room also included nespresso with three coffee types (i really liked that).

The hotel staff set up a bottle of wine in my room. They knew it was my anniversary (this was a nice touch). The room was very clean. Breakfast at the restaurant was delicious and the waiter was very friendly.
The shower has a glass wall with a screen. One could fully see into the bathroom. I found the soundproofing of the individual rooms inadequate. Cleaning staff chatting woke me up two mornings.

I found a cheerful staff very helpful. I shared a scrumptious avocado toast for breakfast. The location is very good for walking up the shopping street or heading to the historic area.
I had trouble with the ice machine. It woke me up every time someone needed to use it. The ice machine should be in a contained room if the rooms are poorly insolated.
